These terms govern use of this website and the BetterBis service, operated by Instruxit (“we,” “us”).

The service

BetterBis provides a bundled business system for contractors: managed business email, a business phone line, a lead-generating website, and a CRM available on web and mobile, together with related setup and ongoing management. BetterBis is in early access: your order confirmation states exactly which services are live for your account, which are delivered by our team, and any that activate on a stated schedule. Specific inclusions and pricing are stated in your plan and order confirmation.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time via your subscription portal; service continues through the end of the paid period. Direct provider costs (for example domain registration or telecom usage beyond your plan's included allowance) are passed through as itemized on your quote and shown to you before you approve them.

Your assets

Your domain name is registered in your name and remains yours. On cancellation we provide your website content and files, your customer records, and support porting your business phone number to another provider.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use BetterBis to send unsolicited messages, to message people who have opted out, or to violate applicable law, including telemarketing and messaging regulations. We enforce carrier messaging rules — including immediate STOP handling — and may suspend messaging that violates them.

Accuracy of business information

Carrier and directory registrations require accurate business identity information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide during onboarding.

Disclaimers

Marketing outcomes vary by market, trade, and starting point. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Estimate and job figures in the CRM are operational records, not invoices; BetterBis does not process payments between you and your customers.
