BetterBis is a service of Instruxit. This policy explains what we collect on this website and through the BetterBis service, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us — name, business name, email, and phone number when you book a call or email us.
- Business onboarding information — if you become a client: business identity, licensing, service details, and the information required to register your business phone line and texting with carriers.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how this site is used. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To respond when you contact us and to schedule calls you request.
- To provide and operate the BetterBis service for clients.
- To register client business texting with carrier compliance programs (A2P 10DLC), which requires sharing business identity details with our telecom provider.
Text messaging
Text messages sent through BetterBis client phone lines go only to people who have contacted that business or otherwise opted in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored right away and consent is never a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate BetterBis (hosting, telecom, billing), under contract, and only what they need. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, texting consent records carriers require us to retain). To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@betterbis.com (mailbox activates at launch).
